Dear Paul,
As you know, your crews just recently finished a family room addition to our home. We are just writing to tell you how pleased we are with the finished room. I'm sure we don't need to tell you how anxious we were at the start of the job. Never having undertaken such a large remodeling project, we could only imagine weeks of mess, inconveniences, and hidden problems. We needn't have worried.
From start to finish, your crews displayed only the most professional behavior, they were very friendly and helpful, and did beautiful work throughout the project. I was particularly impressed with the foreman, Dave, who kept us well informed of the job progress and told us what to expect on the next workday. |

The site cleanup was also very thorough. Only a few tire ruts in the back lawn remain to mark where so much activity took place, and in a few weeks the grass will reclaim them.
